Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Project AIKERO mobile application (the "Service") operated by Bimboo Games ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Access to the Service

Project AIKERO is a free-to-play game. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Service on your mobile device for personal entertainment purposes only.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Acts

To maintain the integrity of the Simulation (the game), you agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (please report them instead!).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in the termination of your access to the Service (Ban) without prior notice.

3. Virtual Currency and Purchases

The Service includes virtual currencies ("Nano-Cores", "Singularity Shards") and virtual items.

• No Real World Value: Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or other items of monetary value from us or any other party.
• Non-Refundable: All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Google Play.
• Ownership: You do not own Virtual Items; you have a limited license to use them within the Service.

4. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the Service up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages. We are not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result.

We may update the game to fix bugs or add new features (like new Factions or Weapons). You may be required to update the app to continue playing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bimboo Games makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bimboo Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
